|Position||Head of Research and Delivery opportunity for Board Level Searches (Equity offered)|
|Qualifications||Sector experience is not relevant for this position, nor is seniority as such: the ideal candidate simply needs to have at least three years research experience, although you could be a lot more senior than this. This is a role that will evolve significantly in terms of responsibility and career progression as this company places the research function as fundamental to its success.
As a lot of the work will be global, European and Asian languages would of course be incredibly useful but not essential.
|Job Description||The assignments are both fascinating and industry changing. You will be given responsibility for heading up the research and client delivery, as well as growing the team underneath you. You will be offered a lot of autonomy and responsibility and although this position is full time, you will be given considerable flexibility in terms of hours and home working.
You will be heading up approaches to candidates as well as attending client meetings on a regular basis. You will be responsible for competitive intelligence, thought leadership and all other IP that is gathered by the firm. Mapping work will usually be assigned to junior researchers and freelancers that you will manage.

|Salary||The base salary will be very competitive and negotiable. In addition to this there will be profit share and equity offered, as well as flexible (although full time) working and 25 days holiday.|
