Researcher – Global Healthcare, Higher Education and Not-for-Profit team
Hybrid working with central London office
|Position||Researcher – Global Healthcare, Higher Education and Not-for-Profit team|
|Job Description||As our practice has expanded significantly, we require exceptional Research and Search Consultants to help us identify and engage with outstanding leaders. We are recruiting for people experienced in executive search as well as those wanting to explore a new career or are entering the workplace for the first time. These roles are crucial to the success of our senior appointments, whether they be a University Vice Chancellor, NHS Trust Chair, the Chief People Officer of a major charity or senior international clinician. You will directly engage with leaders and influencers at the highest level across a range of sectors to identify and engage with potential candidates that match our mandate. In joining us, you will directly shape the leadership appointments and success of the most important organisations in the UK and beyond. These roles are the heartbeat of our team and come with considerable scope, influence, flexibility and impact.
We are a diverse and inclusive team, and prior experience in executive search is not a prerequisite in joining us. Rather, we are interested in your intellectual flexibility, outstanding written and verbal communication skills, drive, curiosity, creativity and influencing skills. As you will be working with the most senior global leaders and be given direct exposure to clients, you will have developed an approach to facilitation and customer engagement that will enable you to manage complex and sensitive relationships.
Our values and social purpose are fundamental to who we are. We welcome different thinkers and those who bring challenge and new ways of working to our team so we can better help our clients and candidates, and make a long lasting impact on the communities they serve. You will work well in a team, with the dexterity and pace to deliver to often competing deadlines.
In return, we offer the chance to work at the highest level, as a member of a close and collaborative team with a very competitive salary and benefits package. You will be given development and support alongside trust and autonomy to deliver and learning from established executive search leaders while also being encouraged to bring your own ideas and to be your authentic self. As part of the Alumni Global team, we invest in you and understand that there is no one size fits all career path. We hope this vision and opportunity excites you and look forward to hearing from you.
Please apply via CV and a short covering letter outlining what attracts you to Alumni Global to email@example.com quoting the reference number A035313.
If you would like a confidential and informal conversation about the role contact Michael Earnshaw, Director of Research at Michael.firstname.lastname@example.org or +44(0)7719 055971.
