Associate / Senior Associate

As we continue to grow, we are looking to appoint both an Associate and Senior Associate to join our team.

Working alongside Practice Leaders, Consultants and our Data & Operations function, you will play a key role in delivering executive search and leadership advisory assignments across the construction, infrastructure, engineering and industrial sectors.

Depending on your experience, responsibilities may include:

  • Executive research and market mapping.
  • Candidate identification and engagement.
  • Leadership assessment and interviewing.
  • Referencing and due diligence.
  • Talent intelligence and competitor analysis.
  • Assignment management and project coordination.
  • Client reporting and stakeholder engagement.
  • Building and maintaining senior executive networks.

For Senior Associate-level candidates, there will also be opportunities to lead assignments, shape search strategy, mentor colleagues and play a broader role in developing delivery excellence across the business.

 

About You

We are seeking individuals with previous executive search experience gained within a retained search, executive recruitment, leadership advisory or talent intelligence environment.

Experience identifying, engaging and assessing senior talent is essential, as is a strong understanding of executive search methodologies, market mapping and candidate research techniques.

We are particularly interested in hearing from professionals who have operated within construction, infrastructure, transportation, rail, utilities, energy, manufacturing, engineering, industrial or other asset-intensive sectors.

You’ll be:
