Position Senior Talent Partner/Senior Executive Researcher
Qualifications What we look for

You will have a background in Executive Research, with a minimum of 2 years experience, a natural curiosity and passion for problem solving and a keen eye for detail and quality. You must be experienced in search methodologies, direct sourcing, candidate engagement and assessment. Self-motivated and able to work autonomously, additional language skills are always advantageous given the international nature of our work.

Job Description About the Roles

These are programme delivery roles with client facing engagement throughout full programme lifecycles.

You will be responsible for autonomous end-to-end high-quality delivery across all our services. Providing solutions for clients, you will be involved from the start which means taking and understanding the brief, scoping the strategy, delivering the work, creating the reports, leading client updates and presenting the final results. You will be the key client contact on each project, building strong relationships, becoming a trusted partner and advisor.

Skilled in Executive Research you will handle multiple projects, sometimes project managing and leading other colleagues.

We offer a number of options for career progression. These include roles within delivery, client development, business development and team management. Career development is based on skills and interests but we are keen to continue growing our team so provide regular internal and external training courses.
