Qualifications	Proven experience in executive search gained from an in-house, executive research, or search firm environment. Expertise in leadership assessment, market mapping, and candidate sourcing. Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders. Sector knowledge in engineering, construction, or infrastructure would be highly advantageous. Intellectual curiosity and lateral thinker. Commitment to finding best-in-class talent and providing a superb candidate experience.

I would like to thank the ERA for allowing me to continue with my ERA membership now I am retired. I thoroughly enjoyed her presentation and learnt a lot. It gave us many tips that use free sources: one of which absolutely amazed me and one that I had missed over the years.
