Qualifications Freelance opportunities

As a freelance associate you will typically work on a day rate or fixed fee basis and be engaged on specific parts of projects. You will become a seamless part of the Parkhouse Bell team.

Fixed Term Contractors

As FTCs you will be employed by Parkhouse Bell for a specific period of time to support during periods where we require additional resource.
Job Description What we look for -
We are looking for individuals skilled in Resourcing or Executive Research to provide high quality talent mapping, talent pipelining and talent insights.

You will have a background in Resourcing or Executive Research, a natural curiosity and passion for problem solving and a keen eye for detail and quality. You must be experienced in direct sourcing and/or candidate engagement and assessment. Self-motivated and able to work autonomously, additional language skills are always advantageous given the international nature of our work.

What we offer – Freelance Associates
Engagements on a project-by-project basis on either a day rate or fixed fee arrangement depending on the service provision.

An attractive salary and benefits package which includes bonus scheme, annual leave of 28 days plus bank holidays which increases with service to 30 days plus bank holidays, pension, private healthcare, dental and optical benefits, life insurance, wellness allowances and a benefits portal offering even more.
