|Qualifications||Most of all we need someone with a passion for helping our clients – someone who empathises what are clients are delivering in business or in society, and wants to be a key part of their journey.
Following closely behind this, we want someone with a keen sense of intellectual curiosity – eager to think of business problems from different angles – keen to explore and develop new lines of enquiry to ensure we can find and deliver the most talented and diverse shortlists, again and again.
Of course, we will also need a natural attention to detail and a high level of written and verbal communication.
We aren’t too prescriptive about formal experience, but we envisage that you will have previous experience of research in an executive search or senior recruitment environment, and a demonstrable ability to compile and convert in-depth complex market intelligence into successful client outcomes.

|Job Description||This challenging role is rewarding, varied and intellectually stimulating. It provides an almost unique opportunity to develop a new research function for one of the largest recruitment companies in the UK – a chance to shape a newly imagined search function and create a lasting legacy.
You will lead, develop and manage our research team - working collaboratively with other researchers and supporting our executive search consultants on individual campaigns by identifying potential candidates through a combination of desk based research and telephone networking, as well as enhancing the reach and breadth of our benchmarking and market insight functions.
Above and beyond this though, you will be responsible for further enhancing professional standards, liaising with senior management and developing the impact and reach of our research team .
Playing a pivotal role in executive search and headhunting, you will have a major impact in the appointment of critical, high profile leadership appointments.
