Position Head of Research
Qualifications Most of all we need someone with a passion for helping our clients – someone who empathises what are clients are delivering in business or in society, and wants to be a key part of their journey.
Following closely behind this, we want someone with a keen sense of intellectual curiosity – eager to think of business problems from different angles – keen to explore and develop new lines of enquiry to ensure we can find and deliver the most talented and diverse shortlists, again and again.
Of course, we will also need a natural attention to detail and a high level of written and verbal communication.
We aren’t too prescriptive about formal experience, but we envisage that you will have previous experience of research in an executive search or senior recruitment environment, and a demonstrable ability to compile and convert in-depth complex market intelligence into successful client outcomes.
