Position Executive Talent Acquisition Specialist
Qualifications You will be a graduate or have gained the equivalent experience in research, ideally within the recruitment industry or within a fast-paced consumer led environment.

Personal Qualities:
You will have a natural and passionate flair for detail as well as a high level of accuracy. Your interpersonal and communication skills will play an intrinsic role in the success of the company, identifying high calibre candidates who match the skills and experience required by our clients.

Astute and confident in dealing with very senior individuals, whether face to face or over the telephone.

Work with pace, often working to deadlines, you will need to be able to work fast and efficiently, across several tasks at the same time.

Experience:
If you are talented and have a minimum of 2 years’ experience working as a research professional, then we would like to speak to you.
Job Description This role will demand an extremely high level of confidentiality. You will be dealing with our client’s recruitment needs and candidate’s personal information on a daily basis.
Let’s put a spotlight on some of your main responsibilities:
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies that effectively identify, reach and attract desired candidates.
• Sourcing candidates based on network of contacts, internet sourcing and other techniques.
• Conduct canvas calls to gain interest of those who meet the brief and assess skills and experience.
• Conduct telephone interviews to assess skills, experience and competencies of candidates in more detail.
• Tracking and reporting to clients on assignment progress.
