|Qualifications||A background in Executive talent research, Executive Search, senior recruitment or in-house sourcing and talent acquisition would be extremely beneficial although we are happy to receive applications from graduates/early career candidates too.
Curious with a keen eye for detail and quality, you will enjoy using your excellent communication skills to deliver senior level talent acquisition and insights programs.
Additional language skills would be an advantage.

In essence this role is about supporting major corporations around the world by delivering global programs of Talent Research. Projects range from talent mapping and talent pipelining, through to executive search and talent insights. We help our clients to solve their talent challenges and develop strategic talent plans to identify and appoint exceptional talent.
Working with colleagues across a range of projects and sectors, you will be passionate about delivering the highest quality Executive talent research work.
You will be an integral part of our research centres of excellence, delivering talent mapping, talent pipelining, talent insights and Executive Search projects to a global client base.
Involved in client briefing meetings, client update meetings and report preparation, you will work across the full lifecycle of projects.
