Warren will be hosting a half day’s insight, help & advice based around the topic “Business Development & Account Management Skills for external and in-house researchers and resourcers”. This will not be a hard nosed sales techniques course. It will help you engage better with contacts in order to bring in work & revenue in a consultative manner.
