With over 25 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR, and Employer Branding, I have dedicated my career to helping organisations attract and retain top talent. My journey began in London, at recruitment advertising agencies before moving into consulting within an Recruitment Process Outsourcing organisation.
In 2011, I relocated to Singapore, then in 2017, I transitioned to an in-house role at British American Tobacco and in 2020, I returned to Europe joining Lonza in Basel, Switzerland, where I embraced a new industry and continued my passion for talent attraction.
Training as an Executive Menopause Coach (CPD certified) in 2023 and still navigating the menopause myself, I am committed to using my lived experience, along with my extensive professional background, to shake the shame and change the narrative around menopause in the workplace and society.
