Not every candidate is on LinkedIn, so stop relying on it.

There is a very large misconception in the recruiting world that all the candidates we need are on LinkedIn. Of course many of them are, but low InMail response rates and many outstanding invitations in your inbox are proof that LinkedIn candidate apathy is upon us. Candidates now have a choice, and they use it by going to different social networks to engage with their peer groups. Statistics show us that an average person in on 5 social networks.

This webinar will look at this in more detail and what you can do about it to ensure you are finding all the candidates you need, across a wide range of social networks. Then when you have found them, it will cover what you do next to engage and communicate with them.

The webinar will look at sourcing and engaging candidates from a wide range of different social networks, giving you a much wider spectrum of candidates than just LinkedIn.
