Bio
Charlotte is Primary Research Lead within Armstrong Craven’s Insight & Talent Analytics Team. An expert in telephone interviewing and research, she has delivered global insight projects across all practice areas since joining Armstrong Craven in 2011.
With a particular interest in diversity, she has contributed two articles on this topic for our AC Review and has led multiple diversity-focused projects. Charlotte has a BSc (Hons) in Modern Languages and Marketing Studies and is fluent in French and Spanish

Balazs uses his experience helping Talent Acquisition teams improve their core sourcing and recruiting abilities to identify, attract and engage with critical talent.
