Synopsis
In this presentation, we will talk about the LinkedIn algorithm and what brings a profile to pop in page 1 of the LinkedIn search results. Understanding these mechanisms will help you not only shape your profile to boost it in search results but understand the forces at play that show you results, be this on free LinkedIn, x ray via google, different search engines and professional tools like LinkedIn recruiters.
And because people love tools, I will introduce you to a website I co-created freesourcingtools.com, full of free resources to fasten your sourcing and get out of your bubble.
Bio:
French living in Geneva Switzerland, Guillaume is one of the pioneers of sourcing in Europe. Twice second at the Sourcecon Grandmaster, 9 times Sourcing Summit speaker, first French speaker to give a keynote at Sourcecon US, he is the owner of Gates Solutions where he partners with internal recruiters and sources on behalf of large companies on their hardest possible roles. Guillaume also set up internal sourcing and trains sourcers through The People Attraction Theory, the sourcing training platform he created. Finally, he is the co-creator of freesourcingtools.com a website full of free resources for sourcers.
