“LinkedIn is constantly changing and it can be difficult to keep up, in addition, some changes ‘beneath the bonnet’ are more important to us than the more obvious cosmetic changes.”

In this session, Mark will guide us through the most important changes made in recent times, spe-cifically focussing on;

• How to understand and take advantage of the new ‘dwell time’ algorithm for posts. This will involve a demonstration on how to rebuild a post with dwell time in mind.

• The increasing importance of ‘relevancy’ on LinkedIn and how to influence the algorithm to place your content in the feeds of those you wish to target and improve your chances of being found and achieving better search results.

What people say about us

I continue to greatly enjoy the mentoring programme. Following a second year with the same mentor has been very valuable, insofar we have got to know much more of each other, and learnt a lot about executive search and the day to day struggles and joys of managing a team. I hope the programme will continue in the following years.
