“LinkedIn is constantly changing and it can be difficult to keep up, in addition, some changes ‘beneath the bonnet’ are more important to us than the more obvious cosmetic changes.”

In this session, Mark will guide us through the most important changes made in recent times, spe-cifically focussing on;

• How to understand and take advantage of the new ‘dwell time’ algorithm for posts. This will involve a demonstration on how to rebuild a post with dwell time in mind.

• The increasing importance of ‘relevancy’ on LinkedIn and how to influence the algorithm to place your content in the feeds of those you wish to target and improve your chances of being found and achieving better search results.

Mark Williams (commonly known as ‘Mr LinkedIn) is widely regarded as one of the world’s top LinkedIn experts.

Following a career spanning 20 years in the recruitment industry Mark set up ETN LinkedIn train-ing in 2008. Since then he has trained thousands of LinkedIn users from a diverse range of indus-tries and roles.
