Work from anywhere – a real benefit to all (John Lee, Work From Anywhere Team and Simon Rogers, Talent Mobility Search)

John and Simon will speak about the opportunities companies have in introducing a ‘Work from Anywhere’ policy. They will speak about the difference in approaches, how one size does not fit all and how such an approach can be enacted providing the opportunity and mitigating the risks.

Bio

John is the co-founder of Work From Anywhere, a platform to help companies execute a hire or work from anywhere strategy. It is a B2B platform that launched in January 2023 and by May 2023 announced a global partnership with Mercer, one of the largest HR consultancies in the world. It currently has a range of companies using the platform around the world, including a number of Fortune 500 clients. John is a Chartered Accountant who speaks 6 languages and was previously the senior finance leader of a €4 billion division of FTSE-listed CRH Plc. John and his family are passionate about travelling and his eldest daughter, Rosa, is only 7 years old but has already travelled to 25 different countries.

Simon Rogers -Managing Partner – Talent Mobility Search

Bio

Simon is a Managing Partner at Talent Mobility Search, a specialist search and consultancy company in the global mobility, reward, and HR sectors. Simon comes from these specialisms himself in a career spanning over 20 years.

Following an initial career in accountancy and tax including time in the Big 4, Simon moved into his first corporate role with a major European Bank. This was followed by further leadership roles within financial services and MedTec covering all the elements he now recruits for and consults on.

Having worked abroad himself and led people programs moving top talent around the world, Simon is very well known and respected in the industry, has been published in industry news and has spoken on many panels.
