BIO
Anna is an experienced HR professional with a wealth of experience in talent acquisition, outplacement, recruitment solutions and career coaching. Today she works with individuals and organisations to navigate career changes or embark on new career journeys. With her extensive experience as an HR professional, Anna is on a mission to help professionals – from early career professionals to seasoned executives – discover the tools they need to realise their full potential, whatever their aspirations.
Before creating her own Career Coaching Consultancy, Talent Potential, she was the EMEA Talent Sourcing Senior Manager at Microsoft, overseeing Sourcing for ‘Go to Market’ functions across the EMEA region. She was responsible for developing and implementing ‘at-scale,’ external talent attraction strategies to support the company’s growth and innovation objectives.
Previously, she was based out of Singapore, as part of the ASIA Global Talent Acquisition Team, leading University Recruitment and internship hiring for APAC. This required multiple sourcing strategies across complex regions whilst navigating cultural nuances.
Now based out of Cascais, Portugal with her family and ‘Paddy,’ the dog, she brings a wealth of experience, having spent her entire career in end-to-end talent acquisition and outplacement across multiple industries within both Europe and Asia.

Bio
Helen is the Regional President, Asia Pacific at Armstrong Craven (AC), based in Singapore, and is a key member of the Global Operations Board. She leads AC’s research-driven consultancy across all industry sectors in APAC whilst managing a global portfolio of strategic accounts providing talent pipelining, executive search, talent mapping, insights, and embedded TA solutions.
Helen’s career began in Executive Search within media and advertising, followed by a senior Talent Acquisition role at GroupM, part of WPP. She joined AC in Manchester in 2015, in a global role focusing on the Consumer and Industrial sectors. In 2018, Helen relocated to Singapore to accelerate AC’s growth in the Asia Pacific region.
